I grew up 500 miles south of Nogales, AZ in the small mexican pueblo Jahuara 2. I moved there with my family when I was twelve-years old. We have been laboring for the past six years or so as church planters. I am in my second year of college, working toward a degree in Biblical Studies, with an emphasis in Biblical counseling. 12/8/06: Rebeca is in Corpus Cristi, Texas. She is staying with my mom and her mom in the Ronald McDonald Charity House, located at the Driscoll Children's Hospital where she has been receiving care. She was operated for the brain tumor the day after Thanksgiving. The tumor was not able to be removed, but the operation did improve her condition a little. She has an appointment with a raidiologist next Wednesday, to see what can be done with regard to the possibility of radiation teatments. My dad and her dad are both back in Mexico right now working. Please continue to pray that the Lord would provide strength and wisdom, and that He would heal Rebeca if it would be the best way to glorify His name.
